Certificates

Re-issue of Yellow Fever certificate or waiver letter £ 15.00

There is an initial appointment fee of £15 each for both adult and child. There is also a follow up appointment fee of £10 each for both adult and child.

This must be paid online via the 'book now page'before appointment can be confirmed.

NB: The follow up fees goes towards vaccination.

Global Express Travel Health Clinic is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. Please call us at 07368307175 by 10:00 a.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 12:00 noon on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged for the missed appointment.

When you cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, you prevent another client from being served.
